In 1988, we initiated our activities under the name of "La Llar Decoracion" In the city of Cuernavaca, Morelos, Mexico. Since that time we have been dedicated to the wonderful world of furniture manufactured in workshops in the State of Puebla. The craftsmanship of these workshops consists of designs in a rustic finish in which in its purest form of colonial style furniture, the texture shades; moldings and blacksmith play an important role in the beauty of these pieces. In 1995, we noticed an increase interest in this style of furniture in the American market and we decided to establish a warehouse with its own showroom in Laredo, Texas by the name of Jobaleca Art & Decoration, which allowed this product the exposure, and visibility that was essential for its growing demand. Having acted upon this decision has permitted us to facilitate access towards this product to the United States clientele. This furniture with its warmth of its style portrays a tradition that was typical in the Haciendas in Mexico as well as in decorating the marvelous colonial buildings from the XVIII century. The craftsmanship in this style of furniture entails the careful manufacture of treated pinewood and in some cases utilizing unique wormwood giving it a more authentic aspect, which is fulfilled by truly skilled craftsmen. Due to these craftsmen's manual process (assembling, carvings, finish...) the color tones and textures might vary slightly in respect to the samples and even from one piece to the other; however, this gives each piece a unique trait that perfectly harmonizes with its environment. In the 10 years pertaining to the evolution of Jobaleca Art & Decoration, we completely feel identified with this style of furniture which allows us to serve our clientele to the best of our ability and it would give us great pleasure in welcoming you, not only as one more of our clientele, but as one of our friends.

 Desde 1988 iniciamos nuestras actividades en la ciudad de Cuernavaca, estado de Morelos, México. con el nombre de La Llar Decoración. Desde entonces hemos estados dedicados al maravilloso mundo del mueble. Fabricado en talleres artesanales del estado de Puebla, con diseños basados con el mas puro estilo colonial (rustico) donde las texturas, tonos, molduras y herrajes son protagonista de la belleza de nuestras piezas. En 1995 observando el interes por este tipo de muebles en el mercado americano, decidimos establecernos en Laredo, Texas con exposición permanente y bodega Jobaleca Art & Decoration, de esta forma tratamos de facilitar el acceso a este producto a los clientes de los Estados Unidos. Muebles de calido estilo que corresponde a los que tradicionalmente se utilizaban en las Haciendas de México y decoraban maravillosos edificios coloniales del siglo XVIII y posterior. Cuidadosamente fabricados en maderas de pino tratado y en algunos casos utilizando madera antigua apolillada para dar un aspecto mas autentico. El trabajo es realizado por expertos artesanos en buena medida manual ( armado, acabado, tallas, etc ) debido a este proceso artesanal, los tonos y texturas no pueden ser exactos respecto a las muestras e incluso unos muebles respecto a otros, pero esto le da un caracter unico a cada pieza que armoniza perfectamente en cada ambiente. Despues de 10 años de trayectoria en Jobaleca Art & Decoration nos sentimos plenamente identificados con el estilo de nuestros muebles y esto lo ponemos al servicio de nuestros clientes.
